Abstract

The invention provides a fluid filter abnormality detection method. According to the present invention, a fluid filter working model is established by comprehensively judging the geometrical shape ofa fluid filter, the physical characteristics of a fluid, the porosity of the fluid filter, the impurity density, the measured fluid flow rate and the pressure difference, and the initial impurity accumulation amount in the fluid filter is measured through the fluid filter working model; the impurity accumulation amount in the fluid filter within an estimation time is obtained by a Kalman estimator; the impurity accumulation amount is compared to a preset value so as to judge whether the fluid filter works abnormally; and the experiment results prove that the fluid filter abnormality detectionmethod has high accuracy.
