The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a called phone number belongs to apreset service phone number or not; and if the called phone number belongs to the preset service phone number, recognizing whether call voice content includes content prompting input of preset sensitive information or not; when the call voice content is recognized to include the content prompting input of the preset sensitive information, judging whether a mobile terminal user passes identity authentication or not; if the mobile terminal user passes the identity authentication, acquiring a ciphertext prompting input of the preset sensitive information from pre-saved sensitive information ciphertexts corresponding to identity authentication information of the mobile terminal user; and converting plaintext information obtained by cipher decryption of the preset sensitive information into a DTMF signal, and transmitting the DTMF signal to a service desk of the phone number.
