system which comprises a plate feeding module with a
server and a plate feeding
elevator inside, a plate discharging module with a plate discharging
elevator inside and more than one independent test cabinet. The tops of the test cabinets are connected through an input belt line, and the lower ends of the test cabinets are connected with an output flat belt line parallel with the input belt line. The inside of each test cabinet is divided into multiple
layers, each test cabinet is provided with a test main
machine and a test module on each layer, each test module is formed by a needle
bed, an automatic
signal abutting device, a testing needle plate and a slab, each automatic
signal abutting devices is arranged on the corresponding needle
bed, each testing needle plate is connected with the corresponding slab, and the testing main
machine and the test module on each layer are respectively connected with the
server and a
signal feeding module. According to the testing
system, the design mode that
modular design is achieved, the modules are controlled and operate independently and monitoring is carried out in a concentrated mode through the
server is adopted, and the testing
system has the advantages of being low in test cost, high in work efficiency and accurate and reliable in result.
