Embodiment Construction

[0034] The invention will now be explained in more detail with the aid of the drawings.

[0035] figure 2 Shown is a tube 3 produced using the method of the invention. The tube comprises a first part B, a second part A and an intermediate part C. The second portion A, near the second opening 2 of the tube, comprises a securing claw 4 and has a shape suitable for receiving a stopper. Said part B has a tubular shape and has a first opening 1 adapted to allow its connection to a container, if necessary via a sealing gasket, for example an annular gasket, not shown here. The middle section may be straight and include at least one elbow, or have a 3D shape. The middle section may also include a plurality of folds to give flexibility to this section of the tube.

[0036] Figure 3a and Figure 3b One of the two traces 12 of the joint plane on the first part B of the tube according to the invention is shown. At this end, there are two diametrically opposite traces of the join...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pipeline (3). The pipeline includes at least one protruding part (4), and the method includes the following steps: extruding a tubular blank (740)in a die through an upstream opening (701) of the die; blowing gas through the opening (701, 702) of the die, thereby allowing the blank to be fixed to a wall of the die; and sucking gas through theother opening (702, 701). The method is characterized by including the following steps: when gas is blown into the die, at least two sliding blocks (722, 723) of the die are separated and are providedwith die cavities respectively, the die cavities correspond to a part of the pipeline and the at least one protruding part (4), so that material bubbles of the blank are formed between the sliding blocks; once the material bubbles are formed, the sliding blocks (722, 723) of the die approach; and a part of the pipeline and the protruding part are molded, and in the blowing step, the sucking stepand the molding step of the protruding part (4), the die is closed.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to liquid transfer pipes for use in the field of heavy motor vehicles. In particular, the invention relates to the manufacture of supply pipes for conveying liquids, and in particular fill pipes for windshield washer receptacles. Background technique [0002] figure 1 Such a filling tube 3 is shown. The filling pipe 3 is one of the components of the cleaning system. The filling tube is substantially in the form of a tube with a first opening 1 and a second opening 2 . The filler pipe is designed at its first opening to be fixable in a sealed manner on the windshield washer container by means of an annular gasket, another type of special gasket or mirror welding. The second opening 2 of the filling tube should be adapted to accommodate and ensure the fixation of the stopper in the predetermined orientation and comprise elements for fixing the stopper on the filling tube, such as straps, simple clips or hinges. The seco...
