The method herein includes the following steps: real-timely acquiring a current unlock process set and a current unlock device set; based on the current unlock process set and the current unlock device set, obtaining the bottleneck factor value of each type of resources; on the basis of the bottleneck factor values, establishing a bottleneck device pyramid model; based on the bottleneck device pyramid model, scheduling resources; and the current unlock process set is the set of all un-machined process that have pre-process machined, and the current unlock device set is the set of idle devices at present. The technical solution by establishing the bottleneck device pyramid model and scheduling resources in combination with the idle conditions of respective resources, can help the resource coordination of a production scheduling plan, reduces the generation of production interference events, increases plan feasibility, and helps workshop scheduling for scheduling workers.
