The photo-thermal system comprises a photo-thermal collector and a solid heat storage device; wherein the solid heat storage device comprises a solid heat storage base body and heat exchange pipelines, and the heat exchange pipelines are arranged in the solid heat storage base body, and is used for exchanging heat with the solid heat storage base body; and heat storage inlets of the heat exchange pipelines communicate with steam outlets of the photo-thermal collector, heat storage outlets of the heat exchange pipelines communicate with water return inlets of the photo-thermal collector, so that the photo-thermal collector and the solid heat storage device form a heat energy storage loop. The embodiment of the invention further discloses a photo-thermal power station.
