When polarization state of penetrating light is changed due to optical anisotropy generated whenthe opposite substrate and the array substrate receive nonuniform external force, the first compensation layer can offset phase delay when polarized light goes through the liquid crystal layer to enable total phase delay to be close to or equal to integral multiple of the incident light wavelength after light goes through the opposite substrate, the array substrate, the liquid crystal layer and the first compensation film, so that the light is enabled to be restored to original polarization state to a certain degree. In this way, when in a dark state, most of the light cannot be emitted from adisplay panel, so that the problem of dark-state light leakage is improved.
