Problems solved by technology

In 2016, Yan Yan and others published an article in Nature, see Yan Y, Li L, Xie G, etal.Multipath Effects in Millimetre-Wave Wireless Communication using OrbitalAngular Momentum Multiplexing[J].Scientific reports,2016,6:33482 .The paper points out that multipath effects will also occur when OAM multiplexing is used for millimeter wave wireless communication, but does not propose a solution to the multipath problem
[0004] The existence of multipath will lead to the fading and phase shift of the signal, that is, when the electromagnetic wave propagates through different paths, because the time of each component field arriving at the receiving end is different, the phase superposition of each component field will be formed at the receiving end to cause interference, causing the original signal to be distorted or receive error

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0021] refer to figure 1 , the existing multi-mode OAM system generated by a phase shifter network and a uniform circular array consists of a transmitting end and a receiving end. Among them, the transmitted signal is sent to the phase shifter network after radio frequency processing through N different data links, and then sent to N different array elements of the uniform circular array after being processed by the phase shifter network, and the signal sent by the uniform circular antenna UCA The beam is a vortex electromagnetic wave, and the receiving end performs de-vortex recovery to recover each transmitted signal. Since both the OAM mode former and the OAM mode decomposer of the system use analog devices, the cost is high, and because the system does not consider the multipath problem in the transmission process, it will affect ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a wireless communication system based on vortex electromagnetic wave and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), and mainly solves the problem that the existing system cannot resist the multi-path effect. The wireless communication system comprises a transmitting-end vortex electromagnetic wave OAM (Orbital Angular Momentum) mode former (1), a transmitting-end radio-frequency link module (2), a uniform circular transmitting antenna array (3), a uniform circular receiving antenna array (4), a receiving-end radio-frequency link module (5) and a receiving-end vortex electromagnetic wave OAM mode decomposer (6); after the transmitting-end vortex electromagnetic wave OAM mode former performs IFFT operation on an input data block, modulation of OFDM and the mode number of the OAM are generated, provided for the link module, and transmitted through the antenna array; and, the receiving-end vortex electromagnetic wave OAM mode decomposer performs FFT operation on a received data block, so that demodulation of OFDM and decomposition of the OAM mode number are realized. The wireless communication system based on vortex electromagnetic wave and OFDM disclosed by the invention can resist the multi-path effect in a broadband transmission condition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of communication, and relates to a wireless communication system, which can be used for transmitting and receiving vortex electromagnetic waves generated based on a uniform circular array under multipath conditions. Background technique [0002] With the rapid growth of mobile multimedia devices and the continuous enhancement of people's requirements for real-time communication, the current spectrum resources are already overwhelmed. The vortex electromagnetic wave has been widely concerned since its discovery because of its advantages of high spectrum utilization and anti-interference. According to Maxwell's classical electromagnetic theory, momentum is a component of electromagnetic radiation, and angular momentum is a kind of momentum, which consists of spin angular momentum SAM and orbital angular momentum OAM. The orbital angular momentum can describe the phase structure. If the mode number of the orbi...
