The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) a roller channeling model is designed; (2) a parameter configuration scheme is selected; and a rolling period segmentation number is selected according to the length of a rolling period and rolling stable conditions; and (3) an engineer interface function is achieved; an intelligent roller channeling function is added in an engineer frame; the kilometer number of each node and the gradient of each section in the rolling period can be changed; and a change curve of a changed roller channeling section along with prolonging of the rolling period can be displayed. In the intelligent roller channeling method forthe working rollers of the hot continuous rolling mill, through building of a mathematical model between the roller channeling section and the rolling period, dynamic change of the roller channelingsection along with prolonging of the rolling kilometer number is realized; in earlier stage of the rolling period, the plate shape is instable, the roller channeling section is gradually enlarged from0; in medium stage, the hot roller shape is stable, the wear is lower, the plate shape is stable, and roller channeling can be performed in a big section; and in later stage, along with acute wear, the plate shape is gradually instable, and the roller channeling section is gradually reduced.
