Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting the compaction quality of an asphalt pavement based on a thermal infrared imager, comprising the following steps: using a thermal infrared imager to obtain the temperature of asphalt mixture in multiple target areas of an asphalt pavement during rolling compaction; obtaining the temperature segregation condition of the asphalt mixture in the multiple target areas of the asphalt pavement according to the obtained temperature data of the asphalt mixture on the asphalt pavement during rolling compaction; judging the temperature segregation areas and normal-temperature areas of the asphalt pavement according to the temperature segregation condition; obtaining the compaction degree and porosity corresponding to the temperature segregation areas andnormal-temperature areas of the asphalt pavement through pavement core sampling; and establishing a linear relationship between the rolling temperature of the asphalt mixture during rolling compactionand the compaction degree and porosity. By using the method, the temperature segregation condition of the asphalt mixture during construction can be detected, and measures for reducing the temperature segregation of the mixture can be obtained through analysis according to the temperature segregation condition detected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt pavement detection, in particular to a method for detecting compaction quality of asphalt pavement based on an infrared thermal imager. Background technique [0002] Asphalt mixture is a three-phase system composed of asphalt, aggregate, filler and air. After mixing, paving and rolling, it forms an integral structure with a certain strength. Asphalt mixture is a strong viscous material, and its compaction quality during rolling is affected by factors such as aggregate gradation, compaction temperature, aggregate properties, and asphalt dosage. The temperature of asphalt pavement gradually decreases during construction, which seriously affects the compaction quality of asphalt mixture, thus affecting the formation of pavement strength and durability. In order to ensure the compaction quality of asphalt pavement, it is very necessary to control the temperature change of asphalt mixture during the c...
