The method comprises the steps that a client acquires historical information of usage of a target application program by a current user before usage of the target application program is ended and the target application program is shut down; according to the historical information, user experience indexes of the current user on the target application program are determined; the user experience indexes of the current user on the target application program are input into a preset classification model for the target application program, and an expected score of the current user on the target application program is acquired; whether the expected score reaches a preset score threshold is judged; and if the expected score is greater than the preset score threshold, the current user is guided to score the target application program.
