The method comprises the steps that a client acquires historical information of usage of a target application program by a current user before usage of the target application program is ended and the target application program is shut down; according to the historical information, user experience indexes of the current user on the target application program are determined; the user experience indexes of the current user on the target application program are input into a preset classification model for the target application program, and an expected score of the current user on the target application program is acquired; whether the expected score reaches a preset score threshold is judged; and if the expected score is greater than the preset score threshold, the current user is guided to score the target application program. By use of the scheme inthe embodiment, the user can be guided to objectively evaluate the application program.
