Abstract

A lifting device comprises a height driving mechanism and a horizontal rotary mechanism, the height driving mechanism drives a clamping device to move up and down between a first location and a second location in the direction perpendicular to the ground, and the horizontal rotary mechanism drives the clamping device to rotate from the second location to a third location in the horizontal direction. When the clamping device is in the first location, the clamping device clamps a car on the ground, and the car and a car-carrying disk are separately located on two sides of the lifting device. When the clamping device is in the second location, the bottom of the car is located above the plane in which the car-carrying disk islocated, and the car and the car-carrying disk are separately located on two sides of the lifting device.
