Embodiment Construction

[0021] The invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings: the present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the invention, and detailed implementation methods are provided, but the protection scope of the invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0022] The asphalt multi-stage creep damage testing method involved in this embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0023] Step 1: Under the test conditions of 50°C and 5Hz, use a 25mm parallel plate and use a dynamic shear rheometer to conduct a stress sweep test on No. 90 base asphalt, and then draw the dynamic modulus with the stress as the abscissa and the dynamic modulus as the ordinate. Modulus-stress relationship curve, determine the linear viscoelastic range of asphalt from 0 to 10100 Pa according to the curve, select several control loads within the linear viscoelastic range of asphalt, and finally select the one with the hig...

Abstract

An asphalt multi-stage creep damage test method is as follows: firstly determining the control load of a frequency sweep test in a multi-stage creep test based on a stress scanning test; then selecting frequency sweep test nodes according to a creep compliance variation rule in a conventional creep test, and taking a first test node as a test starting point, namely a time zero point; performing the frequency sweep test at the first test node, then performing a creep test, again performing the frequency sweep test when reaching the second test node, cycling until the test is finished; establishing a main curve of viscoelastic parameters based on results of the frequency sweep test of each test node; using a viscoelastic constitutive model to fit the main curve of each test node; and finally, analyzing the change law of asphalt creep damage based on the parameters of the viscoelastic constitutive model. The asphalt multi-stage creep damage test method is helpful for understanding the damage characteristics and the evolution mechanism of the asphalt creep damage, and is of great significance for the establishment of asphalt performance evaluation indicators.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an asphalt multi-stage creep damage test method and belongs to the technical field of asphalt creep damage test methods. Background technique [0002] Creep property is one of the important viscoelastic properties of asphalt, which can reflect the deformation ability of asphalt. Conventional asphalt creep test refers to applying a fixed stress to asphalt, and analyzing the changes of parameters such as strain and creep compliance with the time of loading. This method cannot reflect the internal damage formation and evolution of asphalt during the loading process. Therefore, a multi-stage creep test combined with frequency sweep test is designed, which can measure the changes of viscoelastic parameters such as asphalt dynamic modulus and phase angle during the creep process, and analyze the main curve of viscoelastic parameters inside the asphalt during the creep damage process. Based on this, the viscoelastic constitutive mod...
