Embodiment Construction

[0021] In order to deepen the understanding of the present invention, further detailed description is given below. The construction method of the multi-acid-based composite thin film electrochemical sensor for detecting L-tryptophan is as follows:

[0022] (1) Polyacid (H 7 P 2 Mo 17 VO 62 ) preparation

[0023] h 7 P 2 Mo 17 VO 62 (referred to as P 2 Mo 17 V) Synthesis of NaVO 3 and Na 2 HPO 4 12H 2 O was dissolved in distilled water respectively, and the two solutions were mixed, and then a certain amount of sulfuric acid was added; 2 MoO 4 2H 2 O was dissolved in distilled water, then added to the precursor solution containing vanadium and phosphorus and stirred vigorously; when the solution was heated to 100 °C, sulfuric acid was added, and the solution was continuously heated and stirred to reflux for 8 h. After the solution was cooled to room temperature, it was extracted with ether; the resulting ether compound The product was kept at 50°C to obtain an ...

Abstract

The invention relates to construction of a novel electrochemical sensor for L-tryptophan. According to the invention, Dawson-type polyacid (P<2>Mo<17>V) is used as a substrate, and Au-Ag nanoparticlesand PDDA-rGO are compounded by using a layer-by-layer self-assembling method so as to construct the composite film electrochemical sensor; and L-tryptophan is detected by using electrochemical means. The linear ranges of response of the sensor prepared in the invention to L-tryptophan are 6.3*10<-8> to 1.7*10<-6> M and 1.7*10<-6> to 4.1*10<-5> M, and the sensitivities of the sensor are 3.306 and1.400 [mu]A / [mu]M. The detection limit of the sensor is 4.99*10<-8> M. The sensor provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and strong anti-interference ability, and can quickly and effectively detect L-tryptophan in human serums.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemical sensors, and in particular relates to the construction of a multi-acid based composite film electrochemical sensor for detecting L-tryptophan. Background technique [0002] L-Tryptophan (Trp) is an essential amino acid for normal growth in infants and nitrogen balance in adults. It is a precursor and important element of niacin, melatonin and serotonin, involved in regulating mood. L-tryptophan hardly exists in vegetable products, and it is sometimes added to designated foods or used as food nutritional fortifiers and pharmaceutical preparations to improve possible dietary deficiencies, that is to say, the intake of tryptophan can only be obtained through food or supplements. In addition, L-tryptophan may show side effects including agitation, confusion, diarrhea, fever, nausea, etc. in many cases. Therefore, the analysis of tryptophan is very important in the fields of biochemistry, me...
