Abstract

The method includes the steps that according to a pre-built training model, whether to-be-detected features of a received target surveillance video are matched with the training model or not is detected; if not, it is determined that an abnormal event exists in the target surveillance video; according to the abnormal event, an early warning signal is generated and output, wherein the training model is obtained by training based on multiple angles of the abnormal event expression form, and/or thetraining model is obtained by training based on a locality-sensitive hash function in combination with a Bloom filter algorithm.
