Abstract

The application provides a dual-energy CT image processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: dual-energy CT scanning is carried out on a detected tissue to obtain a tangent imaging sequenceof the tested tissue, wherein tangent imaging of each tangent surface includes a high-energy tangent image and a low-energy tangent image in the tangent imaging sequence; for the tangent imaging sequence, the tangent images of each tangent surface are processed as follows: according to the high-energy image in the tangent imaging, a CT value CTH of each pixel point under high energy is obtained; and according to the low-energy tangent image in the tangent imaging, a CT value CTL of each pixel point under low energy is obtained; calculation is carried out based on the CTHs and the CTLs to obtain offset values CTD, wherein the offset values CTD are used for representing differences of the pixel points between the CT values under high energy and low energy; according to the CTD of each pixelpoint and the corresponding color value, a visual image of the tangent surface is generated; and the visual image obtained after processing is outputted.
