The present invention discloses an airport check process optimization method based on a queuing theory and generalized stochastic Petri nets. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining airport checklayout information, and constructing a check process model based on the queuing theory, the generalized stochastic Petri nets and the check layout information; obtaining airport checking historical information, wherein the airport checking historical information comprises customer arrival time intervals and time required by service counter for target detection; substituting the checking historical information into the check process model for simulation calculation, and obtaining a simulation result; comparing simulation results to determine whether the results meet an expected effect or not,if no, correspondingly increasing check resources at transitions corresponding to a bank with the most average tokens or reducing check resources at transitions corresponding to a bank with the fewestaverage tokens; and continuously performing simulation calculation until the results meet the expected effect.
