The electronic statistical system comprises a nursing task library, a management terminal, mobile terminals and a background management server, wherein the nursing task library is used for storing various preset nursing tasks; the management terminal takes nursing tasks from the nursing task library, distributes the nursing tasks to the mobile terminals, receives nursing task completion conditions sent by the mobile terminals and performs evaluation on the nursing task completion conditions; the mobile terminals are used for receiving the work tasks from the management terminal; and the background management server is used for performing resource management on the nursing task library,the management terminal and the mobile terminals.
