Composed nodes of the blockchain comprise a chargingpipe, a trading platform, an operator node and a charging vehicle which are operated by multiple operators, wherein the charging vehicle uses the charging pipe to charge, and the paid amount is storedon the trading platform. The method comprises the steps that the operator node receives a block broadcasted in the blockchain, and the block comprises an identification of the charging pipe and the billing amount recorded by the charging pipe; the operator node determines that the charging pile is a target charging pipe based on the identification of the charging pipe; and the operator node acquires the corresponding amount from the trading platform based on the billing amount in the block.
