Abstract

The invention discloses a design method of a uniform diversion component based on exhaust duct area control. The design method comprises the following steps: determining the resistance characteristicsof a diversion component, and fitting a resistance characteristic curve or a formula by adopting a method of combining CFD numerical calculation with an experiment; calculating the needed resistancecharacteristic of a diversion structure according to the resistance relation of all loops in an exhaust system; determining the required size of the diversion component in the pre-determined resistance characteristic curve or the formula according to the required resistance characteristics of the diversion component, thus completing the design of the uniform exhaust system. A novel calculation method of the uniform exhaust system, is provided by the invention; by use of the novel calculation method, the flow uniformity of each tuyere in the exhaust system can be accurately ensured from the design stage.
