Problems solved by technology

Although the existing technology can extract the sand signal and detect the amount of sand, there are still some problems. Because the frequency and amplitude of sand particles hitting the pipeline are related to the flow velocity and the size of the sand particles, and whether it is in the frequency domain or the amplitude domain, the sand particle signal and the liquid There is a certain overlap in the signal frequencies of gas, gas and noise, resulting in a lower signal-to-noise ratio and lower accuracy of sand detection results
For example, the impact frequency of sand particles is 10K-30KHz, while the frequency of liquid impact is 1K-15KHz, which makes it impossible to effectively distinguish the noise; or the noise caused by sand particles or dust hitting the outer wall of the pipeline outside the pipeline, due to the similar frequency and amplitude, but cannot are effectively distinguished, thus affecting the sand detection results

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of on-line monitoring of sand production in oil and gas wells, in particular to a monitoring method and device for sand production in oil and gas wells. The method comprises the steps that a focused ultrasound phase-controlled array transducer is used for collecting impact signals in a preset area; the impact signals are subjected to spatial beam guiding treatment to obtain the main area of sand particles impacting a pipe wall; and an ultrasonic signal of main area of the sand particles impacting the pipe wall is picked up, the ultrasonic signal issubjected to spatial filtering, frequency domain filtering and time-domain filtering to obtain a sand production signal. According to the monitoring method and device for sand production in the oil and gas wells, three-dimensional joint filtering in spatial, frequency and time domains can be achieved to reduce noise, extract the effective sand production signal and improve sand production monitoring precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of on-line monitoring of oil and gas well sand production, in particular to a monitoring method and monitoring device for oil and gas well sand production. Background technique [0002] The exploitation of oil and gas wells in our country has entered the middle and later stages. A large number of oil and gas wells have been exploited to make the distribution of underground oil and gas reservoirs more and more complicated. Sand production in oil and gas wells is a problem that is often encountered in the process of oil production. Appropriate sand production can increase the production of oil and gas wells, but severe sand production will cause damage to downhole and surface equipment and shorten the life of oil and gas wells. According to the regulations of my country's petroleum industry, it is generally considered that the sand content of the liquid volume in the oil and gas well exceeds 0.3%, and it is co...
