Abstract

The full-automatic in-mold implanting machine comprises a frame. Feeding devices, an arranging device and a material conveying device are arranged on the frame. Each feeding device comprises a vibrating disc, a feeder and a material error mechanism. After nuts enter material containing holes from a conveying through slot, conveying jacking pins push the nuts up and fix the nuts so as to ensure that only one nut exists in each material conveying hole, and theaccurate operation of the subsequent steps is ensured; and then the nuts are clamped and placed on an arranging plate through the arranging device, and then the nuts are sucked by the material conveying device and conveyed into an injection molding machine, so that the process of implanting the nuts in molds is completed.
