The guardrail height adjustment device comprises a plurality of height adjustmentsections which are sequentially arranged from left to right. The height adjustment sections comprise first supporting piece, second supporting pieces with length being shorter than the first supporting pieces, third supporting pieces and first bases arranged on the catenary maintenance vehicle penetrating platform. The upper ends of the first supporting pieces are movably connected to a guardrailof the catenary maintenance vehicle left and right, and the lower ends of the first supporting pieces are hinged to the catenary maintenance vehicle penetrating platform. The upper ends of the secondsupporting pieces are hinged to the middle of the first supporting pieces, and the lower ends of the second supporting pieces are hinged to the third supporting pieces. The third supporting pieces aremovably connected to the first bases up and down. The guardrail height adjustment device can realize independent adjustment that only the height of a single guardrail is changed and avoids the problem that each guardrail cannot be adjusted to the same height due to the following actions of other height adjustment sections when one height adjustment section is adjusted.
