Abstract

Provided is a vehicle-mounted water-sprinkling device used for a jointless track with functions of decreasing temperature and preventing expansion. The device is characterized in that the upper end ofa housing is fixed onto a train bogie through anchoring bolts; a water storage cavity is arranged in the housing; the upper end of the water storage cavity communicates with a water injection opening; two sides at the lower end of the water storage cavity are equipped with water controllers which are connected with water sprinkling nozzles; the water sprinkling nozzles are located above steel rails; and the spacing distance between the water sprinkling nozzles on two sides is equal to the track distance between the steel rails. Clean water in the water storage cavity is delivered to the watercontroller. The water controller delivers water to the water sprinkling nozzles according to control water amount and water discharge time. Water is sprinkled to the steel rails and rail structures attached to the steel rails in order to cool down temperature of the steel rails. Furthermore, longitudinal force of the jointless track is reduced such that lines are always kept in the stable state.Water is automatically sprinkled to the track structures so that extremely high working efficiency is acquired. Additionally, the device is convenient to install, detach and repair. The device is suitable for all sections of jointless tracks. Therefore, the advantage of greatly saving human and material resources is obtained.
