The method comprises the steps as follows: establishing a standard working curve of a soil matrix of a known concentration gradient of indaziflam and four metabolites of the indaziflam by the HPLC-MS/MS; determining theresidual amount of the indaziflam and the four metabolites of the indaziflam in a soil sample extraction and purification liquid by the HPLC-MS/MS, recording peak areas of extracted ion chromatograms, quantifying the matrix with an external standard method, obtaining measured values of the indaziflam and the four metabolites of the indaziflam in the soil sample extraction and purification liquid; and then substituting the measured values into a quantitative calculation formula to finally obtain the residual amount of the indaziflam to be detected and the four metabolites of the indaziflam insoil samples.
