Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a service processing method and a service processing device. The method comprises: receiving an access request sent by a user, wherein the access request is a request generated by the user based on the acquired search information, and the search information includes the encrypted access address; determining whether the user is an abnormal user; and if so, prohibiting the user from performing service access. Through the embodiments of the invention, the search result is encrypted and the abnormal user is identified during the service access process, therebyavoiding illegal access to the service data and improving the security of the data.
