Abstract
The invention discloses an open multifunctional test platform related to gas reaction. A gas source library comprises a plurality of gas sources. A gas distribution system comprises a plurality of mixing tanks and gas purging tanks which are connected with the gas sources through a plurality of mass flow meters, and the mixing tanks are connected with inlet ends of a reaction system through a plurality of flow distributors. The reaction system comprises a plurality of reactor assemblies connected with the flow distributors, wherein the reactor assemblies are installed on support or supportingbases, the outlet ends of the reactor assemblies are sequentially connected with a separating tank and a multi-channel switching valve through a pressure buffer tank, and the multi-channel switching valve makes the reactor assemblies connected in parallel or in series. A detecting and monitoring system comprises temperature probes, pressure meters and gas concentration detectors distributed in parts, matched display instruments and a heating controller. The shortcoming of low researching and testing efficiency of a traditional single set of equipment is overcome, and the problems of few gas paths, large batch-type testing work amount, long period and the like of an existing experimental device related to gas reaction are solved.
