Abstract

The invention discloses a PH value detection device for detecting a grouting material. The device comprises PH sensor, a water injection device and a tube, wherein the PH sensor collects the PH valueof the grouting material through a detection head and sends out the collected PH value data; a water injection nozzle of the water injection device faces towards the detection head of the PH sensor; the water injection device sprays deionized water to the PH sensor through the water injection nozzle, so as to ensure that the periphery of the detection head of the PH sensor is wet; the tube is connected with the water injection device; the deionized water enters the water injection device through the tube. The PH value detection device can rapidly, conveniently and accurately detect the PH value of the grouting material in a sleeve, so as to judge the sealing performance of the grouting material. The invention further discloses a PH value detection method which is simple to operate and canaccurately and rapidly detect the grouting material in the sleeve with a complex structure, so as to judge whether the grouting material reaches plumpness, and does not damage and affect an original structure.
