Abstract

The invention discloses a photovoltaic module output characteristic curve obtaining circuit and method and a photovoltaic power generation system so as to diagnose the operating state of a photovoltaic module more comprehensively. On the external wiring of the circuit, the input end is connected with at least one photovoltaic module, and the output end is connected with the output end of another photovoltaic module output characteristic curve obtaining circuit in series. An internal circuit of the circuit comprises a first switch, a second switch, a first diode and a buffer circuit, wherein the buffer circuit is connected with the first switch in series and is then connected at the input end in parallel; the first diode is connected at the output end in an inverse-parallel mode; and the buffer circuit, the first switch and the second switch are connected in series and are then connected with the first diode in parallel. A control circuit of the circuit firstly controls the second switch to be switched off and then controls the first switch to be switched on in a control period, collects state parameters of at least one photovoltaic module in the control period so as to fit out an output characteristic curve of the at least one photovoltaic module, and then controls the first switch to be switched off and controls the second switch to be switched on.
