The nutrient composition comprises the following components in parts by weight of 1-35 parts of beta-casein, 1-35 parts of lactoferrin, 10<4>-10<14>CFU/g of probiotics, and 10-40 parts of breast milk oligosaccharide and/or precursors thereof. The invention further provides an application of the nutrient composition to prepare the composition having the effect of preventing infantile diarrhea diseases. The nutrient composition provided by the invention is suitable for reduction of long-term diseaserisks of children.
