Abstract

The injection mould comprises an upper die, a first connecting block, a second connecting block and a lower die; the internal part ofthe upper die is provided with a main runner and gas vents; the bottom of the main runner is provided with a screw hole; the gas vents are distributed in the upper die in an axisymmetric manner; the lower part of the upper die is provided with the first connecting block; the first connecting block comprises a main runner, gas vents, sub-runners, and a mold core; the lower part of the main runner is provided with the plurality of sub-runners; the mold core is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting block; the upper part of the first connecting block is provided with a fixing pedestal, the lower part of the first connecting block is provided with a second connecting block; the second connecting block comprises a water outlet, a water inlet, a cold gas inlet, a cold gas outlet, a guidepillar, a mold cavity and a pressing rod; the water outlet, the water inlet, the cold gas inlet, and the cold gas outlet are arranged on the external surface of the second connecting block.
