A liquid outlet pipe and a liquid inlet pipe are arranged in that cabinet body and are located on a side of the first chamber, anda liquid outlet pipe communicates with an upper end of the first chamber, and a liquid inlet pipe communicates with a lower end of the first chamber so that coolant located at the upper end of the first chamber flows out of the first chamber through the liquid outlet pipe, and coolant for cooling electronic equipment in the first chamber is inputted to the lower end of the first chamber through the liquid inlet pipe.
