Abstract

The invention discloses a coherent resonance energy transfer method considering inelastic coupling. The method comprises the following steps: 1) calculating excitation energy and parameter informationof coupling constant model by using quantum chemical software; 2) establishing an energy transmission model; 3) solving the quantum master equation of the model; 4) converting the quantum master equation of the model into a quantum master equation under the interaction representation, and solving the quantum master equation; 5) solving the inelastic coupling quantum master equation of the model;6) obtaining the model and inputting the parameters to obtain the result. Based on the existing theories of FRET and CRET, the resonant coupling term of the angle function between the transition dipoles is changed into the resonant coupling term of the constant term. The model has the advantage of both coherence and inelastic coupling, and can be used to study the process of energy transfer more accurately. It has great significance to expand the new energy transfer theory, and has good prospects in the new energy and biology and other fields.
