The method comprises the following steps: generating a configuration file according to a preset configuration format by an interaction strategy between a browser and a target video client; extracting a video access request matching the interaction strategy and obtaining user information corresponding to the video access request, wherein the video access request is an access request sent by a user through the browser; parsing the configuration file to obtain a policy code; guiding the user information is guided to the target video client according to the policy code.
