Theflexible sensor of the present disclosure integrates the strain sensor member and the optical sensor member, the strain data of the to-be-tested portion of the detected object in a plane and the curvature change data of the orthogonal direction can be acquired in real time and dynamically, and the deformation signal of the to-be-tested portion can be more accurately reflected.
