Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of seaweed biomass and particularly relates to a method and device for preparing synthesis gas from biomass containing seaweed. The method comprises: orderly pyrolyzing seaweed and agricultural and forestry biomass raw materials respectively through a microwave pyrolysis reaction section I and a microwave pyrolysis reaction section II, continuously feeding seaweed coke I into a microwave oriented gasification section, mixing gaseous volatiles I and II, feeding the mixed gaseous volatiles into the microwave oriented gasification section and carrying out gasification so that desired product synthesis gas is obtained. The device comprises the microwave pyrolysis reaction section I (2), the microwave pyrolysis reaction section II(8) and the microwave oriented gasification section (15). A seaweed coke outlet at the bottom of the microwave pyrolysis reaction section I (2) is communicated with a seaweed coke inlet at the top ofthe microwave oriented gasification section (15). The method and device have the advantages of high synthesis gas yield, good quality and low tar content and can co-produce high quality biochar.
