The method comprises the following steps that gas pipe temperature, liquid pipe temperature, coil pipe temperature and evaporating temperature of each indoor unit and gas suction temperature of a compressor are obtained; when it is detected that the gas pipe temperature of any indoor unit is not lower than the sum of the gas pipe temperature average value of other indoor units and a first preset value, the difference value between the gas pipe temperature and the liquid pipe temperature of any indoor unit is larger than a second preset value, the current opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit is a third preset value and the difference value between the gas suction temperature and the evaporating temperature does not exceed a fourth preset value, the coil pipe temperature average value is calculated according to of the coil pipe temperature ofthe other indoor units; according to the gas pipe temperature average value, the coil pipe temperature average value and the coil pipe temperature of any indoor unit, the actual air pipe temperatureis calculated; and according to the actual gas pipe temperature and the liquid pipe temperature of any indoor unit, the opening degree of the corresponding electronic expansion valve is adjusted.
