The multi-AP load balancing method of the WLAN comprises the following steps: acquiring current load level of the access equipment; acquiring a channel attenuation level between the access equipment and a to-be-accessed wireless user terminal;voting candidate access equipment according to the load levels of the access equipment and the adjacent access equipment covering the same region and the channel attenuation level, wherein the candidate access equipment provides access service for the to-be-accessed wireless user terminal. Through the multi-AP load balancing method of the WLAN disclosed by the invention, the liabilities level of the wireless access equipment covering the same region and the channel attenuation level between the wireless equipment and the wireless user terminal are comprehensively judged, thereby voting the candidate access equipment for providing access service for the wireless user terminal; the signal interference condition existent among the channels when multiple APs are run at the same time is overcome, and the bandwidth resource can be sufficiently utilized.
