The tank body is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of a hull and is connected with the outer plate of the hull, and the tank body faces the outer side of the hull and is provided with an opening; the seat plate is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the periphery of the opening; and the guard plate covers the outer surface of the seat plate and is detachably connected with the seat plate through fasteners.
