Abstract

The invention discloses an extracting method of a schefflera octophylla leaf extractive. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) digesting schefflera octophylla leaves through ethylalcohol; performing pressure-reduced concentration to obtain a total extractive; 2) correspondingly extracting the total extractive through petroleum ether and ethyl acetate; processing the ethyl acetate by column chromatography on silica gel; performing gradient eluting through dichloromethane-methyl alcohol to obtain six components; and sequentially marking as F1 to F6 based on the polarity fromlow to high; and 3) processing the component F5 through an ODS open column; performing gradient eluting through methyl alcohol-water to obtain ten components; sequentially marking as components 1 to10 based on the polarity from low to high, wherein the component 4 is the schefflera octophylla leaf extractive. The identification result shows that the effective component of the schefflera octophylla leaf extractive is 3-oxo-sulfonic betulinic acid; various biochemical indexes of the schefflera octophylla leaf extractive to a rat with heparin sodium are tested, and the blood coagulation promoting and hemostasis effects are tested; the results show that the blood coagulation promoting and hemostasis effect to the rat are obvious.
