The embodiment of the invention provides a polar short code non-coherent detecting method and device, and an electronic device. The polar short code non-coherent detecting method comprises the following steps: performing a gradually iterative Log-Map decoding operation and a check matrix-based belief propagation operation by using a BCJR decoder and a polar decoder circularly based on non-coherentchannel information of the original information until determining that the current output codeword of the polar decoder meets a set condition or the number of iterations reaches a set threshold, andthen performing a hard decision on a current output result of the polar decoder to obtain an estimated value of the original information; and obtaining a non-coherent detection result of the polar short code based on the estimated value and the original information. The embodiment of the invention can fully utilize the non-coherent channel information under limited resources, so as to realize effective non-coherent detection with low complexity and high decoding performance of the polar short code; therefore, the decoding performance of a non-coherent receiver is improved.
