The invention discloses a fan structure
deformation monitoring method based on distributed
millimeter-wave radars, and relates to the technical field of detection, and the method comprises the steps: arranging at least two
millimeter-
wave radar nodes at the bottom of a fan
tower in a non-intrusive manner, and controlling the emission
time sequence of each
radar through a unified PWM trigger
signal and a preset time
delay matrix, co-frequency interference is eliminated, and multi-
radar cooperative detection is ensured; performing distance-Doppler FFT
processing on echo signals acquired by each
radar node, generating local
point cloud data in combination with incoherent accumulation and a constant
false alarm detection
algorithm, and converting polar coordinates into
rectangular coordinates to form a three-dimensional
point cloud model; performing iterative registration on the local point clouds of the multiple radar nodes based on an ICP
algorithm, unifying the local point clouds to a
global coordinate system of a fan
tower footing, and fusing to generate a complete fan structure three-dimensional
point cloud field; and calculating a point-to-point distance difference between the historical reference point cloud and the
current point cloud, counting a mean value and a maximum value, and judging whether deformation early warning is triggered or not according to a preset threshold value.
