A method for measuring the thickness of a semiconductor structure includes illuminating the semiconductor structure with non-coherent and non-parallel light from at least one light source, and acquiring at least one image of the semiconductor structure illuminated by the light source using a camera. The at least one image includes separate images of a first color, a second color, and a third color, where the first, second, and third colors are distinct from each other. A thickness map is generated for at least two layers of the semiconductor structure based on the images of the first, second, and third colors and reference images of a reference silicon wafer in the first, second, and third colors.

The invention discloses a multi-path optical fiber testing system and method based on a port matrix and a medium, and the system comprises a port matrix module which comprises M * N matrix units, and each matrix unit comprises an input port, a first output port and a second output port; the dimmable processing unit is embedded in the matrix unit and comprises a test branch and a cascade branch; the beam combination transmission module is connected with the second output port and performs incoherent beam combination on the M paths of test signals in the same column to form a beam combination signal; the intelligent control module is used for generating a light splitting weight matrix according to a test requirement input by a user, and sending a control instruction to the adjustable light processing unit according to the light splitting weight matrix, so that the adjustable light processing unit distributes an input signal to the test branch and the cascade branch according to the light splitting weight matrix; and the multi-parameter detection module is used for calculating the beam combining signal to generate a detection result. By combining matrix signal distribution, incoherent beam combination and a dynamic calibration algorithm, concurrent testing of multiple paths of optical fibers is realized.
