The monitoring system comprises a controller and an acquisition component which are electrically connected to each other; the controller is wirelessly connected with a remote control center; the acquisition component comprises a first camera mounted on the construction site and a second camera mounted on the surfaceof a cement-poured object, the first camera is used for collecting first image information in a preset range of the construction site in real time, the second camera is a thermal imager, the second camera is used for collecting second image information of the surface of the cement-poured object in real time, and the first image information and the second image information are respectively transmitted to the remote control center through the controller; the controller verifies the identity information of a person entering the preset range of the construction site through the first image information and judges the temperature of the surface of the cement-poured object through the second image information so as to control the start of a temperature control unit.
