The method includes reversing pressure detection and reversing time detection of a reversing valve, wherein reversing pressure detection includes the steps that a mechanical pump and an electric pump are started; pressure of a main solenoid valve is adjusted into the range of 8-12 bar, and the changing rate is 0.1 bar / s; and a pressure value of the reversing valve during the period of adjusting the pressure of the main solenoid valve is obtained, and a pressure jump value, namely a reversing pressure value,is obtained. Reversing time detection includes the steps that the mechanical pump and the electric pump are started; pressure of the main solenoid valve is adjusted into the range of 8-12 bar, and thechanging rate is 0.1 bar / s; and a pressure value of the reversing valve and a pressure value of a main pressure slide valve during the period of adjusting the pressure of the main solenoid valve areobtained, the time when the jump value of the pressure value of the reversing valve appears and the time when a jump value of the pressure value of the main pressure slide valve appears are obtained,and the time difference of the former obtained time is reversing time.
