The specific steps of the method are as follows:S1, legitimate communication parties hold cross-correlated continuous variables, and hierarchically quantify the data of a sender (a receiver under reverse coordination) to obtain multi-level binary data; S2, a few levels containing less information in the multi-level binary data obtained in S1 are disclosed, polarization code inverse encoding is carried out on the undisclosed data, and the locations of sleep bits and corresponding data are disclosed; and S3, the receiver (the sender under reverse coordination) uses the disclosed binary data and sleep bit information to carry out polarizationcode decoding among multiple levels on the continuous variables held. The method has low encoding and decoding complexity and good error correction performance.
