The semi-cylindrical connecting pipe and the split cover nut are of a split and non-symmetric structure. The outer wall of the semi-cylindrical connecting pipe of a box body top cover is smooth. An outer thread matched with an inner thread of the split cover nut is arranged on the outer wall ofthe semi-cylindrical connecting pipe of a bottom box. The unavoidable problem that the cover nut can not be tightly screwed caused by light deformation of a box body during injection molding is solved. The split-type structure achieves the functions of direct optical cable penetrating and draw-out fusion and guarantees the sealing performance of the whole splice box. The novel sealed optical cable splice box further comprises split plastic push blocks.
