A sealing device is characterized in that the inner peripheral surface side and the outer peripheral surface side of the pair of inner peripheral lips 120 decrease in diameter toward lip tips 121 with increasing distance from the circular cylinder section 110, the lip tips 121 being capable of sliding on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft.
