Abstract

The invention discloses an air inflation device and an air inflation method. The air inflation device comprises a base; an upper cover, wherein a first cylinder body comprising a first compression chamber and a second compression chamber is arranged between the upper cover and the base, and the second compression chamber communicates with a first outer pipe; a switching valve, arranged in a ventilation cavity of the upper cover, wherein the ventilation chamber unidirectionally communicates with an air inflation channel arranged on the upper cover. Whether the compression chamber is connected with the air inflation channel or not can be controlled by adjusting different positions of the switching valve; the air inflation channel is directly connected with an inflated device so as to achievethe air inflation of the inflated device, so that the compression cavities communicating with the air inflation channel can be gradually reduced in the air inflation process, and a user can graduallyreduce the number of the compression cavities used for air inflation along with gradual increase of the air pressure in the inner air inflation device.
