The method for adjusting a voice preference comprises the following steps: acquiring state change information of a VoLTE switch of an intelligent terminal; judging whether the state change information of the VoLTE switch is changed from on to off; and if the state change information of the VoLTE switch is changed from on to off, adjusting the voice preference to a first option, wherein a voice service can only be obtained through a circuit switching domain under the first option. In the application, the state change information of the VoLTE switch is obtained, and the voice preference is adjusted to the first option in time when the VoLTE switch changes from onto off, so that the intelligent terminal can only obtain the voice service through the circuit switching domain, thus a network does not need to switch the VoLTE switch from on to off for resource allocation of an IMS packet switching domain, and the waste of network resources is avoided.
