The invention discloses sports equipment with variable resistance. The sports equipment comprises a fluid tank, one or more paddles, a driving device and an adjusting device. The fluid tank is filledwith fluid. One or more paddles are disposed within the fluid tank. The driving device comprises an adjusting rod for connecting the one or more blades, and is used for transmitting force of a user. The one or more blades are rotated through the adjusting rod. The adjusting device is used for adjusting the height of the blades in the fluid, so that the blades have different rotation resistances when rotating in the fluid.
